Looking for an unforgettable day camp near McKinney or Frisco? Our one-day horse camps are the perfect introduction to horseback riding and horsemanship for kids ages 8–14. No prior experience needed — just bring a smile and a sense of adventure!

🐴 What’s Included

Each full-day camp is packed with hands-on activities designed to teach, inspire, and entertain:

  • A beginner-friendly riding lesson

  • Horse care and grooming time

  • Safe handling & barn skills

  • Horse-themed crafts or outdoor games

  • Lunch break under shaded areas/office

  • Confidence-building and team fun

All activities are age-appropriate, supervised, and designed to be both educational and exciting.

Our Horse Day Camp is designed for kids who are ready to spend the day outdoors, learning and having fun alongside gentle, well-trained horses.

  • Kids ages 8–12

  • First-time riders or beginners

  • Horse lovers who want a full-day ranch experience

  • Parents looking for a safe, screen-free activity

    Riders must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Helmets provided.

🕒 Camp Details

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Ages: 8–14 years old

  • Full-Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $215 per day

  • Offered on select Mondays

  • BYO lunch, snack, and refillable water bottle

  • Group Size: Limited spots to ensure individual attention

  • What to Bring: Sack lunch, refillable water bottle, closed-toe shoes, and clothes that can get dusty!

📝 Camper Checklist

Here’s what your child should bring to camp:

  • Packed lunch and snack & refillable water bottle

  • Closed-toe shoes (boots preferred)

  • Long pants for riding

  • Weather-appropriate clothing (hat, jacket, etc.)

  • Optional: sunscreen (applied before arrival)

  • Optional: change of clothes for warm or messy days

  • A great attitude and a love for horses!

Campers won’t just ride — they’ll understand what it means to care for a horse. From grooming and leading to learning how horses think and communicate, every activity is designed to build confidence, responsibility, and respect. By the end of the day, your child will feel more connected to animals, nature, and themselves — all while having an unforgettable time outdoors.

Closed-toe shoes & pants required. Helmets provided. No experience needed — just a willingness to learn.
